Who Can Be Against Us? 2
“The LORD is on my side; I will not be afraid. What can a mere mortal do to me? Psalm 118:6
Every child of God has a great advantage to see beyond their limitation if they continue to sharpen their faith daily. Because faith gives us the ability to stand fearlessly and confidently when we face challenges, it gives us the ability to see beyond our limitations when we encounter obstacles. It gives us the ability to stand against the nature of carnal minded.
The carnal-minded hate God and the things that carry God’s name within them. However, when we can stand fearlessly with faith, we will see God’s goodness in everything. I believe that God is for us, yet we must also be willing to confess our faith in him and his grace. Our faith declares our possession and gives us the power to see the divine power within us.
Daniel 6:22 says, “My God sent His angel and shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, for I was found innocent in His sight, and I have done no wrong against you, O king.”
The support of heaven and their instrumentalities are more than what the enemy can see or hear. Yet, they have a great power to bring out the best in us. When we are in trouble, when our hearts are troubled by sin and the devil’s schemes, when we are in pain, when we feel like nothing is right with us and all around us, God will send the ministering (angels) spirits to minister truth and love to help us in our trouble time.
God’s love is a protecting love, but it is also a teaching love. It is a love that allows us to face challenges to become more like Him. We are His precious children, and He wants nothing less than His best for us! When faced with the difficulties of life, always remember that God is on your side! 1 John 3:20 says, “Even if our hearts condemn us, God is greater than our hearts, and He knows all things.”
1. Thank you, Jesus, for this wonderful gift of grace.
2. Psalm 23:4 “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
